Yes, if a condo owner utilizes their unit, a cleaning fee of $35 will apply for stays of up to seven days.
3. What is the average nightly rental rate?
The average nightly rental rate begins at approximately $199. This rate may vary depending on availability and local events, as it is set by Secrets.
4. Will there be a COA fee?
Yes, there will be a COA fee; however, the specifics are still being finalized. We expect to provide detailed information within the next 12 months.
5. Is the reservation agreement refundable?
Yes, if you choose to withdraw for any reason, your Reservation Agreement is fully refundable, prior to signing a Purchase Contract. Once a Purchase Contract has been signed, deposits are non-refundable.
6. When is the reservation payment due?
The reservation payment is required immediately, with the option to divide it into two installments. The first installment of $15,000 is due upon signing the reservation agreement, while the second installment of $15,000 is payable 365 calendar days from signing of the reservation agreement.
7. Where will your money be held?
Your funds will be held in an interest-bearing escrow account that will earn you 8% interest.
These funds will be credited on your closing documents.
8. What will be included in the purchase agreement?
All details related to the purchase agreement will be clearly outlined before you sign or enter into a contract.
9. Benefits of ownership
Party Access: As a condo owner, you’ll receive two lifetime memberships, along with complimentary party passes for yourself. Additionally, owners may bring in one couple per event with a free party pass but they will be required to purchase a membership.
10. Revenue Split
Secrets offers a 50/50 revenue split while managing the condo on your behalf.
11. Blackout dates
Blackout dates are minimal and generally apply only during exclusive group hotel takeovers.
12. Where can I see a list of the available units/resort floor plans?
The lists of resort floor plans will be ready in about 8 to 12 months. Choices based on the order of purchase agreement received (i.e. first come, first choice)
13. When are these units going to actually be available?
The condos are expected to be available in approximately 18 to 24 months.
14. When is the resort opening?
Secrets II is set to open within 24 to 32 months.
